Anna Sykora has been an attorney in New York and a teacher of English in Hanover, Germany, where she lives with her patient husband and three enormous Forest Cats. Though she's had no luck with her three novels, to date she has placed over 90 poems or stories in the small press or on the web. Motto: "Better a life than a living." She says: "My favorite fruit is the papaya. When I taste one I think I have died and gone to heaven."
